Turquoise is a phosphate of copper and aluminum containing some water and it fills fissures and cavities where rock
have weathered in the proximity of copper deposits. Some stones are veined with black limonite which is called turquoise matrix. Persian
turquoise is found in the middle east and is known for the deeper blue coloration with black veining.

Grid drains are ideal for stone vessel sinks because stone sinks do not have overflows. A grid drain, much like a shower drain, can not be closed and always allows the water to drain, removing the risk of any overflowing from the bathroom sink.

Optional Pop Up Drains:
These soft touch pop-up drains allow the stone sink to be filled with water by simply pressing the popup mechanism down with your fingers. To open up the drain simply press the top again and it will spring up to allow the water to drain from the stone sink.
